Terms of Service
Last updated 21 August 2026
Short version: this site describes what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer, and sending an enquiry does not put either of us under any obligation. Work between us is governed by whatever we sign, not by this page.
1. Who these terms are between
They are between you and CoreTrade Business, which operates coretradebusiness.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.
2. What this site is
A description of our services, written for businesses. It is marketing material, and it is general by nature: the way we would actually approach your product, your market or your margins depends on facts we do not have until we talk.
Nothing here is legal, tax, customs, regulatory or investment advice. Take your own advice before you commit to a transaction.
3. Enquiries do not create a contract
Prices, terms, capabilities and timelines described on this site are indicative. They are an invitation to discuss, not an offer capable of acceptance.
Sending the enquiry form does not oblige us to take on your project, and it does not oblige you to instruct us. A commercial relationship starts when we both sign something that says so, and that signed agreement takes precedence over anything written here.
4. Using the site
Use it lawfully and for its purpose. Do not try to break into it, overload it, scrape it at volume, probe it for weaknesses, or feed the enquiry form automated, fraudulent or abusive submissions. Do not send us anyone else's personal data through the form without a lawful reason to do so.
We may block access where we see any of that happening.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, code and images on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. The CoreTrade Business name and logo are ours.
You may read the site, print pages, and share links to it. You may not copy the content into your own material, republish it, or use the name or logo to suggest an association that does not exist, unless we agree in writing.
6. Accuracy
We keep the site current and correct as best we can, and it may still be out of date or wrong in places. Market conditions, supplier capacity, marketplace rules and shipping economics all move faster than a website does.
The site is provided as it is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose you have in mind, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because the destination seemed useful at the time. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they contain or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that: we are not liable for business losses arising from your use of this site, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost contracts, lost data, or losses that were not a foreseeable consequence of the site itself. Because the site is free to use and informational, our total liability connected with it is limited to nothing beyond what the law requires.
Liability under a signed commercial agreement is a different matter and is dealt with in that agreement.
9. Confidentiality of what you send
Treat the enquiry form as a first contact rather than a secure channel. We do not treat what arrives through it as confidential unless we have a confidentiality agreement in place, so hold back detailed specifications, drawings, pricing and anything else commercially sensitive until we do.
We are happy to sign an NDA before that conversation. Just ask.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, this clause does not remove the protection of mandatory law in the country where you live.
13. Severability
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest keeps working.
